The program, which lasted for a year, was an innovative blend of online and practical applications. I spent the first six months of the program studying online from the US, followed by another six months in the Philippines, where I gained hands-on experience through clinical applications and in-person classes.

Meeting Fellow Students from Around the Globe

The University of the Immaculate Conception (UIC) was the only institution that offered this program at the time, attracting students from across the Philippines and the United States. This provided a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals from diverse backgrounds and share our passion for clinical pharmacy.

A Supportive Network: Family, Faculty, and Friends

I am incredibly grateful for the unwavering support of my husband, who encouraged me throughout the program. Additionally, I would like to extend my gratitude to Dr. Ma. Eva San Juan, the dean of the university, for her guidance and belief in my abilities.
